Black Beans and Chicken

1-2lbs of chicken cooked and shredded (however much meat you want)
4 cloves of garlic pressed
1-2T olive oil
4 T brown sugar
3 T soy sauce
1 ½ c salsa
2 cans black beans, undrained

Saute pressed garlic in oil. Add rest of the ingredients. Simmer at least one hour to blend flavors. Serve over cooked rice.
